They R about 2 sizes smaller than you would reason . I ordered the largest size and I wear 11 , and my heels extend over the back of the sole by 1.5 inches. I'm gonna keep them and just wear the under size in hopes that the extra soft cushion of this pair will be worth the Minor offset .
