The item I received did have a minor issue. I contacted the seller via eBay. The seller responded with in 5 minutes. Then we proceeded to converse back and forth over a a few minutes to come up with a solution. We came up with a solution that both of us were happy with. I got a great value and I will not hesitate to buy from this seller again. They were very honest, helpful, and accommodating.

The item was listed as new (box was not open) but the box was opened by someone but they only opened the LEGO instruction book and that’s it, everything else was sealed. I had a great experience.
