Seller kept in contact when shipment was delayed because of weather. and offered to make it right even though it wasn’t their fault. I declined that offer, just them offering was more than one can expect. Shows they believe in what they sell and committed to doing business right! I will order again from this seller in the future. They won my business!

I reached out to the seller and they got right back with me and assured me if there was any problems that they would make it right. They tracked the item and let me know the new delivery date. Then they followed up it insure that it was delivered. Nice planter box, easy to assemble. Can't wait to start growing my Veggies this year;)
