So I did a Research! And found out, that all Consumer Cellular Phones are Locked - on all their Phones! All their phones have a built-in Chip - and you can only use their service. Consumer Cellular use AT&T Wireless Network, and buying a AT&T eCard will not work either. You can only buy and use a Consumer Cellular phone card, either from them or Walmart! Put phone in the TRASH!!!

Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug.
