The packaging was secure and the DS arrived in perfect condition. There was a supply issue that delayed the shipment but the seller communicated the problem clearly and kept me up to date on the developments. They also included a screen protector, extra stylus, DS case, and USB charger. The DS feels and looks great, the buttons are responsive and the screens are brand new. The custom shell looks amazing and has a comfortable feel.

It looks exactly like the pictures, even better in person. I was so thrilled when I opened the packaging. It even came with those xtremerate protective cases to put it in. I wasn't aware that's what the seller meant. but they're a very protective hardcase shell so you dont have to worry about dropping them. Excellent seller
