The band and charger were 3rd party, which were fine, given that this price is less than 50% of a new watch. And it comes with a to 1-year warranty, which is nice. I accidentally ordered the wrong model first (R950 vs R955 with LTE), but Cellfree immediately authorized my return and promptly refunded my purchase after they received the watch. Great product, excellent vendor - couldn't be happier.

Watch did come with cheap band, charger and some reside around the buttons and bezels. Hoping it was just cleaning solution as it was easily wiped off. Watch space and metal with no scratches

All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug.
