It was all over the box too. When I opened the case, it was totally crushed. I don't know how it could arrived in this condition unless the eye shadow had already been cracked and crushed inside before shipping. I tried reaching out to the seller but there was no response. It is 4/1 and I am still waiting in Florida for the delivery! I have used Jane Iredale for many years and love the product. I'm just not sure why the insane circuitous delivery route!

The seller was sorry about the mix up and said that they would change their listing. They gave me a full refund. The item was new that they sent me, was packaged well and shipped fast.
