The seller took great care to package the instrument and accessories so that they arrived safely, exactly as described. It's my understanding that the craftsman, Rick Long, is now retired, so I feel very fortunate to have found one of his signature instruments in pristine condition. I appreciate the seller's attentive and prompt customer service. Thank you for an excellent experience!

S&H charges were also very fair, especially with all the packaging used. The Seller & I communicated well & they were able to work with me on pricing, which really helped my budget. They also went above & beyond in providing a website that explained in depth the Japanese makers marks & schooled me about this particular one. I would recommend this seller & have added them to my favorites list for future purchases.
