Contacted the seller and got a quick response which was so helpful. They sent a postage paid return label which I used to send back the frame in original box which was glasses size box. Once seller received the package back I had my refund within 3 days. Not the best solution for me ( bad frame) but seller was very accommodating and ended up with positive result.
