My item arrived with a crack in it and within minutes of complaining I got a call to resolve the issue. I was offered a new one which had been double packed and it arrived within 3 days. All arrived well. Thought they handled it with such speed and professionalism that I had to review.

I contacted the seller who took the time and trouble to chase up the courier...only to find that the package had been delivered to my safe place earlier that day.
