The only thing I have to point out is that the battery on the iPhone 14 Plus I bought from them only had a 77% lifespan, which required immediate replacement. I realized this when I had everything set up and it was difficult to go back to the old one, which was already having problems. They were very kind in suggesting that I return it for a refund or exchange it, or they could refund me US$10 if I kept it as it was. I decided to keep it.

All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug.
