    Happy with my purchase, exactly as pictured. Shipped on time. Works great and it came in good condition, the item was also packaged with care. I do feel the price was very fair compared to other sellers who are asking for double the amount and for worse quality. Did not have to contact seller for any reason.

    I was so impressed with the seller. When I received the incorrect size pot, she apologized + wanted me to keep it for free: re-send the correct one. However, I somehow received/found DAMAGED EMPTY BOX. I contacted the seller, just letting her know because the item is gone by someone. However, without hesitation, she fully refunded my money: although the seller got nothing but lost her item + money. I am SO touched by her kindness & her efforts.     Prompt communication once I let them know I was considering their item. The boots arrived promptly, as described and actually looked better than the pics. Great price. Packaging could have been neater or in a box instead of a soft-sided envelope wrapped in tape. Overall I am pleased with this transaction, quality & value.
