The condition is excellent and I really recommend these to anyone. It’s really such a great value and easy to afford. The appearance is just perfect and exactly like described. These also are in the best quality ever! Defectively WORTH IT!! :) I dropped one of mine getting it in the house and it still works so they do a great job with the packaging! They are definitely tough!!

Item arrived in great condition and supplied USB WIFI dongle works well. I put a 256Gb Samsung SSD in after cloning the Western Digital 500Gb HDD and using Acronis True Image WD software that I had. Machine is very fast now and works well. I already have this model for myself. I purchased this for my son to update an older PC he uses in his landscape maintenance business. Great product, seller, and transaction AAA+

The USB windows I couldn't figure out why it was not recognizing it. Maybe me. Anyway was able to to set it up manually and upgrade to 16gb ram even though Dell says 8 GB max. This came so clean, quite and is running perfect. 5 stars for quality, fast shipping and getting windows 10 was a plus. Thanks Great Job!!!

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
