Great little PC for what I plan on using it for. CANNOT beat the price for what you get. Also commend the vendor for the care in packing this for it's "interesting" journey. None of this is the fault of the vendor. USPS....Like everything you know who touches....

Possibly from a lack of packing material or possibly a rough shipper. Who knows... But sellers communication was great and refund was swift. So I purchased another mini PC from seller. It was a better deal, arrived quickly and works great. Positive feedback deserved.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
