Said they did not think it was in the condition they had advertised it as ( ALL the other cards I bought from them certainly were). Was VERY proactive to see if I still wanted that card or select something else. I REALLY appreciate that up front honesty in a seller as they could have just sent it out and hoped I wouldn't notice.
