He was very friendly and accommodating by reassuring me that I could return the boots if they did not fit. Fortunately they are the perfect fit. Item is in mint condition and better than described. I couldn’t be happier with it. Packaging and shipping was great too. Great value overall.

But I would've chosen neutral at the end of the day and here is why; The packaging was not as good, but the shipping was fine. The dolls came in dirty and I had to clean them. One of the dolls isn't as described in the photos and it disappointed me slightly, her bows are all yellow in the photo but when she came they are way different. But they're beautiful. I'm sure you can do better.
