  In spite of the time difference between myself and the seller, the seller was quick to return answers to my questions. Mannequin is a lightweight plastic but with durable/metal connecting pieces. She is tall but easily manipulated for changes for clothing resale. This makes it easy to use. Packaging was basic but mannequin is not especially fragile. Box arrived quickly and intact.
