The phone is fully functional. The edges show wearing from contacts, but luckily no obvious denting. The screen has ~5-8 hairline scratches discernable when viewing from grazing angle, but not detectable when staring straight at it or when the phone is on. After applying a screen protector and a case, the phone looks fabulous. Happy with this purchase!

The only obvious scratching is on the end around the charging point, but it's only cosmetic, it charges as it should. I didn't realize that I can't use memory cards directly into the phone) like aSD cart. I wish I would have gotten a phone with the larger memory in it, but that's a me problem. The interaction with the seller was as promised.

In certain light u can see something in the background like a faint screen that somehow froze. Other than that I've been very happy.

All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug. We will definitely buy from this seller again and have saved him as a trusted seller on our account.

They looked new from factory. Left earbud had a static sound in it. I contacted the seller and they replied in less than 24 hours. I submitted the return request and had a return label in less than 24 hours and a credit was applied to my account as soon as they got the earbuds back. Top notch customer service.
