The seller shipped it promptly, packed it carefully, but the postal service did not deliver it on time. In fact, it was due Friday, arrived at my local post office Sunday morning, sent from my local post office to the post office in the capitol city Sunday night, then back to my local post office Monday morning, and delivered Monday afternoon.
