That said, the item itself was undamaged and worked perfectly. It sounds great through some AKGs. I verified it as an authentic amplifier on the Fiio website. I think the USB-C cable was missing from the package, but that was no big deal. I had plenty of those about. Overall, it was a great deal for a piece of hi-fi gear.

The next business day, it was in the mail and received later in the week. Item looks & functions as new. Thank you!
