It's a great value for the buck. It get a little warm, I believe it's because of the aluminum frame. Aside that great phone. Thanks to smart switch from samsung I was able to transfer everything from my A24 to this seamlessly.

The screen was clearly new (no scratches at all), but the frame had some scratches all around, and there was a lot of scratching by the charger port. I bought this refurbished "Excellent," but it probably was more like "Very Good" condition. The seller shipped the phone within hours (very prompt!). FedEx took a while, but that's not the shipper's fault. Positive experience, overall.

Used it for a couple hours on 120Hz gaming and works great, smooth. Only slight complaint is the preset screen protector that is too small for the screen but I'm getting a branded one anyway. Everything was pretty much as expected, a nice upgrade from my old phone. 👍

All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug. We will definitely buy from this seller again and have saved him as a trusted seller on our account.

They looked new from factory. Left earbud had a static sound in it. I contacted the seller and they replied in less than 24 hours. I submitted the return request and had a return label in less than 24 hours and a credit was applied to my account as soon as they got the earbuds back. Top notch customer service.
