Shipping was FAST and it was packed with care and included a USB cord. My only complaint is that the device had some adhesive residue on the front and back leftover from a label or tape. It was easy enough to remove, so it's not a big deal.

Nook screen has minor flaws but no scratches almost like little divots but they are at the top or bottom of the screen and do not impact the reading pane. Overall super happy with the value of price compared to buying directly from B&N.

With just a USB cable, I have been able to sideload my collection of epub textbooks and journals between my Nook and Windows 11 ThinkPad T16. The screen is also big and okay for viewing photos and diagrams.

The seller refunded my money and told me not to worry about returning the item, so that was nice. Even though the purchase didn't work out I appreciated the sellers responsiveness regarding the return. I would absolutely do business with them again.
