The customer purchased 2 units and said one didn't work. We immediately sent a prepaid label so he could return it for a full refund. He said he was unable to return it because he sent it to another country. A month later, he bought another LOCOM2 from us. If (as his feedback states) he felt it was poor quality and that we were not honest, it seems odd that he bought from us again. Based on his feedback, we have blocked him from future purchases.
