I sent two emails stating that I had checked outside bins etc and it was nowhere to be found; and the response was not nonchalant. I was going to escalate it to Paypal, and then found out that it had been delivered to the billing address. The product was exactly as described and at a fair price. I have no negatives regarding the actual item, my only gripe was the delivery time. Snail Mail lives up to it's reputation.
