When I received the incorrect size pot, she apologized + wanted me to keep it for free: re-send the correct one. However, I somehow received/found DAMAGED EMPTY BOX. I contacted the seller, just letting her know because the item is gone by someone. However, without hesitation, she fully refunded my money: although the seller got nothing but lost her item + money. I am SO touched by her kindness & her efforts. Truly, thank you VERY much, Rachel!!!"

Saturday by 10 AM received emails with USPS tracking number. Received product on the following Tuesday. Finally got around to installing product on my Sierra on Saturday and am impressed at the literal new condition with zero scratches on product. - Would definitely do business again with this seller if something else I am interested in was offered up for sale by this seller. Thank You!!!
