Contacted the seller and they refused to send the correct item unless I sent the gray earbud back. They said they'd issue a refund and then I could make another purchase, but that refund doesn't cover the time and effort it takes to go to the post office. Squeaky wheel gets the oil, I get that, but the only consequence I want out this feedback is for the seller to be more careful with future buyers. Do better.
