I have since re-ordered from them and the delivery is as good as their customer service. I would definitely order from this supplier again. Thank you

He hasn't got facilities to collect! He made all sorts of excuses, busy time of year etc. As if we're not all busy! Because I was unable to sort out seller's mistake for him, I'm landed with an item I don't need or want and seller has my money! It seems to be fear based and heartless, no honourable gentleman!
