One piece of the armour had been damaged by rough handling during shipping. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement piece which arrived well packaged and very fast. I accepted and received the new undamaged one quickly. This seller really seems to care about the quality of their products and their customers satisfaction. I would happily buy from them again.
