It's not that bad, everything works fine, except I expect the waterproofing is compromised because there's a gap between the screen and the phone body. The only thing I didn't appreciate is it seems the seller or whoever they got it from did a nice thing and added a free screen protector! Except it isn't a screen protector for the pixel 7 pro at all, and so has just made the experience of using it worse. Other than that (which is a pretty simple fix) everything was perfect, thank you!

They looked new from factory. Left earbud had a static sound in it. I contacted the seller and they replied in less than 24 hours. I submitted the return request and had a return label in less than 24 hours and a credit was applied to my account as soon as they got the earbuds back. Top notch customer service. I would buy from here again.

The unit itself was in beautiful condition and functioned as described. There was an unforeseen internal hardware issue which prompted a return, which they were able to quickly resolve.
