But when it didn't connect up to Centurylink I learned that this model would not work with bonded pair DSL so had to return it. They provided a prepaid shipping label. When I received the credit for the returned item I was very happy to see the return shipping cost was not nearly as much as I was estimated for USPS or UPS shipping. I'm thinking their label had better rates than I could have had.

I reached out to be_kind and was told that what was sent had the same specs as what was ordered. The unit set up was flawless and is operational. The unit was delivered nicely bundled with all parts. The warranty is great.
