It was horribly bent while in transit. I sent lots of picture proof to the seller,so being accused of trying to scam seller in order to get a few measly dollars back is utter ridiculous! I expressed my disappointment in the way it was sent. Seller offered me to return item but due to my schedule I don’t have time to go to the post office, so I just chose to suffer. That envelope is the SAME one HALLMARK themselves ship in, and their profit is higher than mine, I ALSO bubble wrap which they do not. Notice I have NO OTHER poor feedback for this issue? I package very well
