We resorted to tracking one down on ebay and were SO GRATEFUL!! This company packaged this very expensive toilet so well and carefully, it was in perfect, beautiful shape with no cracks or damage, pricing was more than fair, excellent communication and quality service. I don’t know if it was the mail service or why it was late. The item was advertised as new and it appears to be so. I installed it minutes after it arrived and it worked. So I am pleased with the item. The value was good.
