One of the most successful series of volumes that was published by OPC was the quartet of books covering the wagons operated by the three constituent parts of the Southern Railway and by the Southern Railway itself. The first two volumes, covering the LSWR and LBSCR were published in the early 1980s and both have been reprinted. The final two volumes, on the SECR and SR, were published after Ian Allan Publishing acquired the OPC imprint. In this, the last part of this highly respected series of books devoted to the subject of Southern wagons, Mike King provides the reader with detailed 4mm drawings to the types of wagon not previously featured in the series, as well as updates and a range of new photographs on some of the earlier wagons. This series has become a completely essential work of reference for all those interested in the history of SR rolling stock and anyone modelling this Southern-based subject will find the book an invaluable tool.

My fault I suppose - the covers of both are identical except for the price (the one I received was the more expensive - 2/6 as opposed to 1/-!). But vendor, please in future provide EXACT details of what you're selling.
