Buyer put in a claim to try and get a freebie and when that didn't work left us negative feedback after not replying to a message within 12 hrs on a weekend.

I don’t know if it was the mail service or why it was late. The item was advertised as new and it appears to be so. I installed it minutes after it arrived and it worked.
