Item was not refurbished and had thermal paste residue round the edges and even on the pads in one of the corners, requiring cleaning before installation. Otherwise CPU operated as intended!

My item was delivered on time & well packaged, the supplied items were intact & as per the description given by the seller. After connecting everything up, unfortunately the PC would not power up. I came to the conclusion the power cord supplied was faulty. The seller immediately sent out a brand new replacement cord. This seller has my utmost respect & is reputable. Thank U
