I know it's refurbished, but some of the accessories feel like they would rip if I pulled a little too hard. The grooves where they sit on the earpiece aren't the most well-defined either. Still, once I got it to fit to my ears, I couldn't complain about the sound. Not exactly the famed Sennheiser gold standard, but it works. The play and pause buttons work on my phone, but not the volume controls.

The seller refunded my money and told me not to worry about returning the item, so that was nice.
