My bad, not theirs. Used them as a bedroom light, and found that they continued to glow, weakly, after the power was turned off. I checked with other lamps that I had, no problem. But these lamps wouldn't turn off. I Googled the problem, and I read that this is a sign of poor manufacture. The faint glow after switching off is common with LEDs and often caused by residual current or dimmer switches, not poor manufacturing. We recommend checking your wiring or consulting an electrician.
