I purchased this one hoping it would be different due to it stating same day send out. It took a few days before I contacted them asking if they’d shipped, to which I was told they’d ran out of stock and were sending ASAP (was told the same with previous order). Around a week and a half later it was finally shipped, and came quickly. The customer service is okay but the shipping time is awful.

My daughter is slowly losing her sight and music is the one thing she hold dearest to her heart. This item means a lot to her and myself. I appreciate all your help. She’s extremely happy!
