Accidentally, the wrong jacket was sent as the exchange, so it needed to go back, for the correct one to be sent again. Mic was really responsive, nothing was too much trouble, and finally the right jacket turned up, in excellent condition. Thanks so much Mic, it was refreshing to deal with a great businessman.
