I contacted the seller and they sent another one free of charge. The second digitizer fit and worked perfectly. Happy with the end result and contact was quick and respectful. Screen looks great and i can get back to my game's now!

I got worried of the slight bent ribbon cable, but this is my first repair so, maybe it's normal. I didn't expect the matte feel of it; and it's not as sensitive as the original digitizer, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Easy replacement after watching YouTube and iFixit guides; even for a newbie at working on DSi XL’s. One note, this screen is slightly less sensitive than the OEM screen so it requires an ever so slightly harder press. Other than that it is a very good replacement screen!
