I was expecting a headache, but I had it up in under 10 minutes! The whole process was surprisingly smooth. The only minor annoyance was the extra-long string, but honestly, that's a small problem for such a great product. Overall, these blinds are amazing!

Another week goes by and surprise surprise, it is still not posted. I contact seller again asking when this would be posted as it is a present and now needed urgently. Again I got no response. Terrible customer service
