That said, the seller, Makers Place, processed and dispatched the order quickly, provided good communications and immediately issued a refund once it was deemed the order was lost in the mail. While appreciating the free postage, a delivery delay of this type is not common or expected and had I known, I would have requested and paid for a faster and regular postal delivery. Also odd, is that the delivery dates were extended into the next month making receiving the item up to 4 weeks from ordering. Most unusual and frustrating as there is no tracking either.
