Most of the controll buttons of My Panasonic massage chair became difficult to operate then failed completely over approximately 18 years. I couldn’t find a replacement controller anywhere. This keypad membrane saved the day! I followed the Excellent instructions and now all the buttons work as new.

It was for my elderly parents who were ready to discard a very expensive massage chair. I try to fix everything I can and wish more parts for all things were more available. Much respect for this seller and making these parts available. Receiving the part took longer than expected due to Canada post backlog. It was shipped next day.

Two ordered items arrived by USPS as stated by seller in a timely manner. Items were well packaged in an additional envelope and an instruction sheet was also enclosed. Have finely been able to replace first pad and instructions were found to be excellent. This pad is now working correctly. To this point I am well satisfied with both product and seller.

I almost paid $300.00 buying a new remote Not only was I able to fix it! Mom ca use her bed, and she suffers from Dementia. I 100% recommend anyone that is having an issue with the remote, You can contact plrepair he does answer all of your question. and when you receive you product he sends all type of info, a link that you scan to help you put it together. Awesome service! thank you once again!

Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
