My five stars is also for the seller.....I would give 10 if I could !! I ordered the machine and then realised I put wrong address !! I requested to cancel the order and explained. Received a very prompt reply that yes, they can do that and await my next order. I ordered again and was shipped very promptly. Very willing to help even though I had made an error. Excellent customer service !

I love it, it makes good coffee quickly. Some pods are included. I am very happy with this machine & would recommend it.

I purchased a replacement machine just before 17:00 hrs on a Friday afternoon,made contact with the seller to ask if the item could possibly be dispatched to me on Saturday & they not only replied quickly but happily obliged.The new machine arrived around 11:40 hrs today (Sunday) , pretty good service I'd say. I have attached some photos , oh and complimentary capsules are a nice touch too.

Unfortunately, there was a technical problem with the item, I contacted the seller who immediately resolved the issue, there were no have you tried this or that, they just dealt with the issue.
