I offered a partial refund, more than enough to buy a suitable DVD player and sent them a link to the correct player from a reputable eBay seller in their state. I asked if this was an acceptable solution. The buyer did not respond. They have not opened a return request. I am still happy to accept a return or to work with the buyer, but they are ignoring my messages.
