Looked in excellent condition, was relatively easy to set up for someone not very computer savvy!! The 12 month guarantee was not in the box & we didn't receive an email but upon contacting the seller they assured me by quick reply that we did indeed have said guarantee, which was a bonus for us. So far delighted with delivery, the computer & the service provided.
