I used the ifixit instructions and replacing was a breeze. If anything, the process was easier than suggested in the guide so don't let that discourage you. I used a hair dryer to ease the glue for removal, some guitar picks to help me and it all turned out very well. The screen is slightly less bright than the original. Only if you care about peak brightness you should consider not purchasing this.

After explaining my situation they gave me a full refund and I didn’t have to stress about sending it back. Very good customer service. Slow to respond sometimes but they are in a different time zone than me so that could be why. It’s a gamble anyway ordering screens online. The lcd is so fragile anything could happen during shipping. When I’m ready I will certainly give it another go!

From photographs this looked exactly what I would have needed looks great and quality looks good in photos. Unfortunately I had to make a return as I didn't read the handling time correctly. I was impatient & needed it quickly, it wasn't shipped out as soon as I had expected and was still waiting to be shipped out. I didn't get to try this out. Great seller and very understanding.
