I called the seller to see if I had ordered the wrong cable and the seller answered on the second ring. He confirmed it was the right cable and that it might be a problem with my GPS. He told me what to check and how to fix it and it worked. I had never had a seller to work with me like he did. I will definitely be ordering from the seller again when I need something.
