Luckily their mailbox was full, and the mailman didn't go drop it off on their porch they for sure would have kept it. I was able to get in touch with my post office and have the mailman redeliver it today thankfully. The items are beautiful, were packaged well, and well worth the money I spent. These are in new condition, or extremely clean (I imagine new). So far, they look like quality items!
