Not too often that a computer purchase feels good, but this one was great. I’ll update after my next visit, because my personal history has been if you don’t lock down the Windows Updates to prevent the upgrade, Microsoft will crash your machine. But so far, 5 stars well earned. Very good band for the buck. I will buy from this seller again!!!!!

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
